Starting September 1st 2019, all “New Construction Permit” applications will be received exclusively through “Benayat” on http://www.benayat.bh, However you may still apply for the following permits through this portal:
New construction and Demolish permit.
Addition on the existing building.
Drawing amendment for existing applications.
Governmental Projects.
اعتبارا من 1 سبتمبر2019م سيتم استلام جميع طلبات "تراخيص البناء الجديد" حصرياً على نظام "بنايات" عن طريق http://www.benayat.bh، كما يمكنكم تقديم طلب للرخص التالية عبر هذا النظام:
بناء جديد وهدم.
إضافة على المبنى الحالي.
تعديل الرسم على طلبات المشاريع القائمة.
المشاريع الحكومية.
